This photo may be confusing. It screams “Woah, what a transformation! Your weight loss journey is coming to an end.”
Wrong. The photo on the left is from 2015 after I’d lost 80lbs in 7 month with diet and exercise. The photo on the right is from a few days ago after birthing 2 kids in 2 years. That’s right. I gained all the weight back. I made some mistakes, I have some regrets but I’m ready to start again and kick some ass.
The plan is to post frequently to hold myself accountable and stay committed. I want to be able to see my progress as time goes on as well.
